Pilates classes in Warsaw

Pilates in Warsaw comes in two main forms: mat classes, which need nothing but your body and a mat, and equipment classes on the reformer and other machines, usually in smaller groups. Both build core strength, posture and control. The right one depends on your budget, your goals and how often you want to train.

Studios and instructors on Cercle list their classes with the day, time and price in PLN. You can book a single class to try it, or join a monthly membership if a studio offers one. You pay in the app, your ticket goes into Apple Wallet, and the instructor checks you in by name or QR code at the door.

Before you book:

  • Check whether the class is mat or equipment, and the level. Beginners often start with a slower, technique-focused class.
  • Look for the language of instruction in the description.
  • Arrive a few minutes early for your first class so the instructor can ask about injuries.

The list below shows only classes that studios have added themselves, and it updates as new ones are published.

No pilates classes are listed this week yet. Studios add their classes themselves, so check back soon.
